By accessing or using SW PAY, the user declares and warrants that they will not use the platform to engage in illegal activities, such as illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransomware, terrorist financing, or other violent activities.

USER ELIGIBILITY
By creating an account on SW PAY and using any of its services, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the user agreement, as well as the privacy policy and law enforcement request policy, acknowledging that they agree to be bound by these agreements and policies.
The user, upon accessing or using SW Pay, declares and warrants that: They will not use SW PAY for any illegal activities, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, data ransom, funding terrorism, other violent activities.
RESTRICTIONS RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are restricted:
Violating (or assisting any other party in violating) any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
Intentionally attempting to defraud (or assisting in defrauding) SW PAY or other users.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
Taking any action that interferes with, intercepts, or expropriates any system, data, or information.
Engaging in any transaction involving the proceeds of illegal activity.
Transmitting or uploading any virus, worm, or other malicious software or program.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other SW PAY accounts, the SW PAY website, or any related network or system.
Using SW PAY on behalf of a third party or acting as an intermediary between the Company and any third party.
Collecting any user information from other users, including, among other things, email addresses.
Defaming, harassing, or infringing on the privacy or intellectual property rights of the Company or any other user.
Uploading, displaying, or transmitting messages, photos, videos, or other media containing illegal or copyrighted images or materials.
UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
The use of SW PAY is prohibited in connection with the following, and SW PAY reserves the right to monitor payments or transactions related to:
Any Restricted Person or individuals or entities located in Restricted Territories.
Money laundering, terrorism financing, or financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
Any type of Ponzi scheme, pyramid scheme, or multi-level marketing program. Goods or services that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, or property rights under the laws of any jurisdiction.
Evading trade, front-running, insider trading, market manipulation, or other forms of market-based fraud or deception.
Any activity that the Company has reason to believe is illegal in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
IMPORTANT: In the event that SW PAY becomes aware of you engaging in such prohibited transactions, SW PAY will consider it a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may suspend or terminate your access to SW PAY.
CLOSURES OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
SW PAY cannot close or suspend user accounts. It can only alert the competent authorities in the following cases:
If the user has engaged in transactions with blacklisted accounts or is involved in prohibited activities and transactions, which will be reported to competent authorities. Judicial order or order from a Regulatory Entity in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Important:
The user can terminate this Agreement at any time by closing their account with SW PAY. Such closure may be prevented if, in SW PAY's judgment, it is an attempt to evade a court order or legal investigation. Upon closure or suspension of an SW PAY Account, the user authorizes SW PAY to cancel or suspend pending transactions, forfeiting all ownership rights and claims. The user remains responsible for all activities conducted on or with their SW PAY Account while it was active and for all amounts owed under this Agreement.
