STATEMENT

As a socially responsible company, we support initiatives that create conditions for development and prosperity, especially for communities that have suffered from violence. We seek to provide restitution to victims of human rights violations and promote the values embodied in our Code of Ethics, such as tolerance and respect for human rights.

We will continue working to improve the living conditions of our fellow citizens through structural changes that promote societal transformation. In this regard, our 'No Participation in Irregular Combat Groups Policy' establishes the prohibition of any form of participation, affiliation, or financing of irregular combat groups in Venezuela and abroad, and we publicly condemn any human rights violations.

We urge our suppliers, allies, and partners to adopt similar practices to contribute to the building of a more just and peaceful society.

Guiding Principles

SW® maintains its commitment to protect and promote human rights, and in that regard:

• We do not allow company resources to be used for contributions or activities that support participation in irregular combat groups.

• The use of funds, assets, or other company resources to make contributions or offer valuables to members of such groups is also not permitted.

• We do not tolerate our employees' involvement in activities that promote human rights violations. Likewise,

• we do not tolerate any practices that violate these rights. SW® has adopted the "Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights" as part of our corporate policies.
