In this regard, we act with responsibility, honesty, integrity, and transparency, establishing control measures to create a culture of compliance and safeguard the company's reputation, while respecting the values incorporated in our Code of Ethics.

In order to maintain the integrity of our operations, our company has adopted the "Policy in Favor of Democracy and Non-Adherence to Political Parties," which states that SW® does not adhere to any political party in Venezuela or abroad, nor does it finance political candidates, political parties, or party members, avoiding any undue influence on business decisions or any unfair advantage in the development of our activities. In this way, SW® maintains its commitment to democracy and to citizens in an impartial and ethical manner.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES

SW® strives to implement the best business practices. In this regard, we want to make it clear that our resources cannot be used for political contributions and activities. This means that the use of funds, properties, or other company resources for making monetary contributions or offering anything of value to political candidates, political parties, or party members is not allowed.

Furthermore, we want to emphasize that any employee is free to engage in political activities in their free time and on a personal basis, as long as it does not interfere with their performance of duties at SW® and is not done on behalf of the company.

It should be noted that SW® will not reimburse any employee for any self-funded contributions to finance political candidates, political parties, or party members. We want to ensure that all political contributions are voluntary, individual, and without company involvement or influence.

These measures reflect SW®'s commitment to business ethics and transparency in our operations, avoiding any potential conflicts of interest or undue influence in the political process.
